Deepak Shrivastava, MD, FCCP, FACP, D.ABSM, D. ABIM
Deepak Shrivastava is a professor of medicine, pulmonary and critical care, and a senior faculty in sleep medicine fellowship program at University of California in Davis. Dr. Shrivastava is also an adjunct professor of pharmacy at University of Pacific in Stockton, California. Dr. Shrivastava is currently Director of Clinical Research at San Joaquin General Hospital in French Camp, California. Dr. Shrivastava is an active researcher and inventor. His special interest in basic research is neurotransmitters and receptor physiology. Dr. Shrivastava pioneered well recognized National Sleep Medicine Course in 2005. He has been actively involved in medical practice in addition to teaching and clinical research. Dr. Shrivastava is a board certified physician in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine, sleep medicine, and polysomnography technology. Dr. Shrivastava was trained at Brooklyn Jewish hospital, State University of New York and University of California in Davis. Dr. Shrivastava is a recipient of many academic and service awards and fellowships. He is a member of the California Coalition for Compassionate Care.
